Let us know as soon as you have made payments and do keep the bank-in slip for proof. 3. Pre-orders are NOT pre-orders unless stated. 4. It is required of the buyer to pay 50% of the pre-order item/s before the stated closing date. A FULL REFUND will be given if we fail to re-stock the pre-order/s. 5. There will be NO REFUND OF DEPOSIT if the buyer cancels. 6. Maximum period of reservation for each item is 24 hrs. 7. All items are brand with tags unless stated. 8. No exchanges and refunds allowed unless for extreme circumstances. 9. Prices are only negotiable on large orders. 10. Items must be paid for in full before shipping. 12. Alternatively, FREE delivery is applicable to ANYWHERE when offered (one destination only)13. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges: Please also understand that tracking numbers can be offered but are RM5 extra, this is what the post office charges us, Please advise that you would like a tracking number when ordering. 14.
